Code of Ethics
I work within the Code of Ethics of the European Coaching and Mentoring Coundil. I am an EMCC Accredited Coach/Mentor at Foundation level.
The EMCC Code of Ethics provides guidelines for good coaching practice, including standards of professional integrity, contracting, confidentiality, appropriate behaviour, dispute handling and conflicts of interest.
The Code also sets out standards for continuing professional development and outlines ways that coaches and mentors should work to keep themselves up to date with current best practice in the profession.
