Seeking Meaning
Seeking Meaning is a one-day workshop that explores the human quest for meaning through creativity, interaction and play.
The event will be facilitated by two experienced creative coaches, Heather Mullin and Peter Stewart.
The course fee includes six individual coaching sessions that will be provided online after the course.
You will use creative work, including building a narrative of your quest for meaning, using mask-making to explore the different aspects of your inner self, and exploring purpose and will through building and walking a labyrinth.
The day’s program focusses on achieving a deeper sense of meaning and connection with others through creative work in a space that is safe and enjoyable.
The Creative Journey
10-10.30 am: Individual introductions and check-in
10.30-11.30: Setting the scene: the heroic journey
11.45-1 pm: Exploring inner conflicts using masks
1-2 pm: Lunch Break
1.30-2.45 pm: Finding release from our stuckness
3.15-4.30 pm: Using the labyrinth to set intent
4.30-5 pm: Checkouts, affirmations and ending
About the Facilitators
Heather Mullin runs Connect Coaching UK and has trained at the Institute of Psychosynthesis as a therapist, coach and coach supervisor. Heather is a highly qualified coach based in Cornwall.
Peter worked as a journalist and creative writer for most of his career before becoming a coach in 2017. He is accredited at foundation level with the European Coaching and Mentoring Council and runs the website https://coachcreates.com.
The course fee of £450 includes the one-day seminar plus six one-hour individual online coaching sessions delivered in the weeks after the seminar.
