The Seven Types

Kenneth Sorensen’s book takes what I  believe are some less well-known aspects  of Roberto Assagioli’s theories, and  works these into a colourful and compelling book for self-analysis.  I am a colour addict, and I found this an  easy read, full of honest self-reflection  that made it feel much more personal  than the typical self-help guides.  The wide format makes it somewhat  hefty for a train journey, but I am finding it perfect for the long  winter evenings by the fireside. The Seven Types by Kenneth Sorenson.’ March 2020. (Kentaur Publishing, 2019. £26 in paperback).
