AAP Quarterly: Stirring the Pot

I submitted an article called “Stirring the Pot” for the June 2021 edition of the AAP’s quarterly journal, for which I was also the guest editor. The issue was followed by an interactive seminar in which I explained the process of creating a drama of the sub-personalities. This piece in the AAP journal describe the emergence of my own “drama of sub-personalities” in my coaching with Heather Mullin. Heather is a talented creative coach, and I had tremendous fun concocting a short story about my sub-personalities, which quickly became a novella.
